Welcome to your village
New motherhood brings highs & lows.
At Southbay Mommy & Me, it is our mission to provide you guidance, wisdom, and support in a safe, loving, nurturing environment as you embark on your greatest transformation:
Becoming the mother you were destined to be.
Serving Southbay Families:
What You Can Expect:
At Southbay Mommy & Me, we aim to support new mothers in 3 ways: one, by creating a community of like-minded mothers who are currently experiencing the inevitable highs & lows of new motherhood; two, by deepening the mother’s understanding of herself & her own needs; and three, by strengthening the attachment bond between mothers and their children.
This is not a space where you need to come to prove yourself. We won’t be comparing the latest gadgets & gear. We are here to nurture your soul & help you raise your children mindfully & consciously. From our program, you can expect to walk away intimately knowing how to best nurture yourself & your child as you transition into motherhood. We strive to keep our gatherings safe & non-judgmental so you can confidently express yourself to a group who cares about you and is invested in you. All of our classes are led by highly trained mental health professionals who are skilled in providing a holding environment that allows you to feel nourished & full.
Come to feel seen, heard, & supported.
What Graduates Are Saying:
I was so happy to find this group when my baby was a couple months old. I have been through 5 sessions and my baby loves it so much! It's fun to watch the other babies in the group grow, develop and interact with each other. My favorite part is talking about everyone's highs and lows of the week. It's really refreshing and helpful to know that I'm not alone in my struggles and also to hear what other families are doing for different things. I also love the topics each week. My teacher was Amber and she is incredible! I am a second time mom and REALLY wish I had found this group when I was a first time mom. Thank you SBMM!

I cannot say enough good things about South Bay Mommy & Me. My toddler and I have gained so much from Bryana's groups and the community that surrounds SBMM. Any time I find out someone is expecting or struggling with parenthood (let's be really, who isn't?!) I always tell them to check out this business. Truly life changing for families. I will always look back fondly on the time we spent here and how it has helped pave the path for a happier and healthier motherhood journey. Thank you SBMM!

Bryana has definitely been an important piece in my motherhood journey. The classes, or motherhood therapy sessions as I would call it, are so informative and nurturing. She has created a space for mothers to express their lowest of lows and highest of highs. Once a week we celebrate together as a village. Listening to one another, embracing one another, encouraging one another. Creating friendships as moms, as our little ones create first friends. Breaking cycles, learning about yourself and learning how to raise your well-rounded child are only some thing that I got out of these classes. It's a very safe non judgment space. Would absolutely join again with baby #2.

I joined South Bay Mommy and Me after I had my first child and he was 4 months old. A year plus later, and it's still the thing I look forward to most every week, and the best decision I made. There is singing, puppets and toys for the babies. It's really fun to watch them interact together, but I personally get the most out it. It is like a mini therapy session for me every week and has helped me through this new journey of motherhood. Bryana is a WEALTH of information. I have learned SO much from her. She will NEVER judge you. I feel 100% comfortable in the space.
It is also the perfect way to make friends with other moms that have babies around the same age as you. I have made so many GOOD friends. We have playdates, a group text, it's the best. If you are on the fence about joining, or not sure what a "Mommy and Me" is about, I would strongly suggest trying it out.
