South Bay Mommy and Me has a simple mission: to bring together like-minded mothers who are seeking a village to raise their babies. Together we gather. We bond. We grow.
We are mothers supporting other mothers. We are child development experts. We are specialists in encouraging the child-mother attachment bond. We are unlike any other mommy and me program in Los Angeles’ famed South Bay.
We are a well researched, highly informed, premium program that seeks to have a profound influence on your life. We are loving and compassionate healers seeking to make a difference in our community. We are filled with gratitude to help you find your inner mama.
Amber Molnar is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMF 91867), under the supervision of Bryana Kappadakunnel (LMFT 90464). She specializes in Maternal Mental Health and Infertility. Her areas of focus range from conception through Postpartum. Amber enjoys helping expecting and new moms process and work through issues that may arise when having children. Her overall goal is for parents to feel more grounded, self aware and empowered to be the parent that they envisioned they would be. As a twin mommy of toddlers, Amber is highly skilled in working with other parents of multiples. She leads the Twin Mommy and Me classes and is the Los Angeles Associate for Twin Love Concierge, where she teaches monthly classes on Expecting Multiples. Amber also leads the Postpartum Support Group and offers workshops for families struggling with infertility.
Amber received her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Amber is a graduate of Postpartum Action Institute and holds a certificate in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International, where she is also a member.
Amber’s passion for specializing in maternal mental health developed after her own experiences with infertility and becoming a mother. She believes that it truly does take a village when having children, and hopes to offer a supportive and non- judgmental space during this time. Amber is a South Bay native, a mommy to twin boys, and appreciates a holistic mind-body approach to parenting.
