Frequently asked questions

Investment for Mommy and Me?

8 Week Sessions are $325. Please follow us on Instagram @southbaymommyandme. We post coupons to our stories often.

What makes your program different?

Our Mommy and Me program is a curriculum-driven series that is highly researched, educational in nature, and facilitated by psychotherapists. Each class is balanced to include both the interactive experience with your baby, as well as the important opportunity to deeply connect and engage with other moms going through the exact same thing as you. You will learn the most up-to-date recommendations regarding infant development, child development, and maternal mental health. No other Mommy and Me program can match our expertise. Our program is the only one in the South Bay designed by a CA Center for IMH/ECMH endorsed Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, Bryana Kappadakunnel.

Do you offer drop-in classes, audits, pro-rates, or make ups?

Due to the unique nature of our program, drop-in classes, pro-rates, or make ups cannot be accommodated. We understand that circumstances sometimes prevent us from attending class every week. Each week you will receive an email with handouts pertaining to the topic. You are welcome to call in while your class is in session, or you may ask your facilitator to record the class for you. You are also able to come to class a few minutes early (or stay a few minutes after) to ask any questions regarding a particular topic that you may have missed. We hope our policy works for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Of course. We offer a split payment plan, and charge a $5 convenience fee. Prior to the start of the session, you will pay $165; at Week 4, your card will be charged the remaining balance of $165. If you need a payment plan, we require that we keep your credit card on file. Please email us to arrange if this is something you’re needing.

Do you offer scholarships?

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. We will consider scholarships based on the following needs: unemployment, low-income (with documentation), and/or single motherhood. Please email us at hello@southbaymommyandme.com with your unique situation. We want to support any and all mamas who need a village to lean on.

Do you have a list of recommended products and books?

Yes, we do. Click here to see our recommendations.

What do I do if I see 'Closed Enrollment' or my age group is sold-out?

Due to limited capacity and popular demand, many of our classes sell out quickly. Mothers currently enrolled in a class for their age group receive priority to enroll following sessions. If any spot becomes open, we will then notify the members on the waitlist and open the class enrollment. In order to be contacted when a spot becomes available, please fill out the waitlist form found here.
